The terrorist Cesare Battisti has already arrived on Italian soil. The Italian landed at Ciampino airport in Rome.

After 38 years on the run, 15 of which were in Brazil with the help of Lula and his gang, he will finally serve his sentence.

For the next six months, Battisti will be in a cell alone, in solitary confinement, and then he will be sent to the terrorist ward.

Battisti will be taken to a prison on the outskirts of Rome. Along the way, patrols will close the access points so that the convoy can reach the location quickly, according to the newspaper “Corriere della Sera”. Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini went to the airport to receive Battisti, whom he calls a “communist murderer”.

The Italian, who was part of the Armed Proletarians for Communism group, was sentenced to life in prison for four murders committed in the 1970s. He claims he never killed anyone and says he is a victim of political persecution. Something that even the Italian left disagrees with.
