The second division of the Italian Championship issued its first green card in the competition. Recognition was given to Vicenza striker Cristian Galano for good behavior.
The resource came into existence in September last year, with the aim of “rewarding” the Italian Serie B player for good behavior. In the second half of Vicenza's match against Virtus Entella, Galano would win a corner. However, the athlete admitted to having touched the ball last, which made judge Marco Mainardi issue a green card to the player and determine the goal kick.
