This Saturday (29), at 19 pm, Belo Horizonte hosts the show “Filò” at the João Ceschiatti Theater, at Palácio das Artes. Admission is free and tickets must be collected in advance through the Eventim platform.
Directed by Italian Gianluca Barbadori and written by Alessandra Vannucci, the play pays homage to Italian women who migrated to Brazil between the 150th and XNUMXth centuries. The performance is part of the celebrations for the XNUMXth anniversary of Italian immigration to the country.
On stage, actresses Camila Felix and Priscila Natany play four characters based on real women: Marietta Baderna (1849), Anna Rech (1876), Argia Gattai (1890) and Italia Almirante (1934). The play mixes historical data with fictional elements, connecting these trajectories to close female figures such as mothers, grandmothers and granddaughters.
Inspired by Italian peasant gatherings, the show transforms the stage into a space of memory. The stories are told in the first and third person, giving voice to the characters and reinforcing their collective dimension.
The Supreme Court reaffirmed: citizenship is born with the person.
