The rooms of the San Giovanni Complex of Cava de' Tirreni, in the province of Salerno, southern Italy. Italy, will host, between the 9th and 17th of November, two exhibitions dedicated to the passion for the automotive sector.
The event celebrates, on the one hand, the 30th anniversary of the death of Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, a symbol of passion for motorsport in the world of competition, and on the other hand the first 30 years of the career of designer Umberto Palermo.
The Senna exhibition features 50 works created by different artists, each of which interprets the legendary Brazilian driver's passion for motor racing and pays tribute to his life and legacy in the world.
At the same time, the “50-30” exhibition, dedicated to Palermo, tells the story of the car designer through a series of works curated by the painter Antonio Perotti. The journey takes in “utilitarian products for the automobile” as an expression of pure passion and creativity, celebrating his contribution to design and his desire to keep this tradition alive.
According to the organizers, the intention of the two exhibitions is to represent the vitality and importance of the automotive sector, a pillar of Italian identity. (HANDLE)
