O Dante Alighieri College, in São Paulo, obtained official recognition from the Italian government as a “secondary secondary school”, which guarantees parity with schools in the European country’s education system.
According to the institution, “this is the realization of an old dream, which sought to recover the certification interrupted during the Second World War (1939-1945), when the use and teaching of the Italian language were prohibited”.
In total, there are 43 schools abroad that have the so-called “parity” of teaching, which allows students to complete the “State examination” at the institution itself, which helps in selection processes for universities in the European Union.
