Food Network revives classic Italian cuisine in new series

Laura Vitale is an authority when it comes to the very Italian cuisine of nonna. From her grandmother, she learned the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine: the flavors, ingredients and techniques that make it one of the most revered cuisines in the world.

Starting Wednesday (09), at 22:35 pm, Laura tells everything she learned in the new series of Food NetworkSimply Laura (Simply Laura). In production, she makes classic Italian recipes, with respect for traditions.

In each episode of the first season of the program, Laura presents a complete menu of typical dishes and step-by-step preparation instructions.

For the girl, the kitchen is a place of affection. A beautiful Italian table, full of delicacies and surrounded by friends and family, is the ultimate demonstration of affection.

Laura became a celebrity when she rescued family recipes in a series of online videos, entitled Laura in The Kitchen. The cook has ancestors from the Naples region.

Since then, Laura has gained millions of followers and taken to TV the format that made her recognized. In Simply Laura, she opens the doors of her own house.

He takes viewers into his kitchen and gives infallible tips that make all the difference in preparation. From cooking to presentation, Laura inspires with results true to Italian traditions.

The premiere episode is a tribute from Laura to her greatest inspiration: nonna who taught her how to cook. Laura's grandmother's favorite dishes are on the menu this time.

First, a succulent oven-baked pasta with meatballs and sugo sauce. To accompany, crispy broccoli with garlic and anchovies. Finally, a tasty Mandarinello cake, made with homemade orange liqueur and jam, covered with mascarpone cheese-based cream.
