Telephone interceptions showed that Italian participated in jihadist groups
Italian police arrested this Friday (27), in Cosenza (Calabria), in the south of the country, a 30-year-old man accused of planning terrorist action.
O accused is an Italian citizen with whom instruction manuals for making bombs and tutorials for carrying out attacks were found.
In addition, investigators seized videos of executions carried out by the Islamic State, official magazines from the terrorist group and Al Qaeda and documents in Arabic produced by the suspect.
According to the investigation, telephone interceptions showed that the Italian had accounts on several social networks, such as Telegram, Rocket Chat and Riot, in which he participated in closed groups with a jihadist connotation.
