Ikea, a giant Swedish home furnishings retailer, has decided to open its doors to dozens of stray dogs in the city. In addition to providing shelter, the store gives the dogs water, food, and, of course, lots of affection from the company's employees.
This initiative resonated very well with the store's potential customers, who usually take a look at the pets and, as a bonus, at the coveted properties that the Swedish chain offers, including those for pet environments.
