The presenter Renata Fan, featured on television sports programs for over 25 years, is yet another descendant of Italians successful in Brazil, the country his family adopted after arriving from Italy and settling in the southern region of the country.
Born on July 5, 1977 in Saint Angelo, in Rio Grande do Sul, Renata Bonfiglio Fan is the eldest daughter of Paulo Fan e Ana Bonfiglio, who are also parents of Rafael Bonfiglio Fan.

A communicative girl
From an early age, she was an extroverted girl, whose hobby was assembling theater plays at school with her friends. In 1995, at the age of 18, she started in the field of communication as an announcer at Transamerica Radio Saint Angelo.
Despite the vocation for communication, she ended up graduating in Law from the Instituto de Ensino Superior Santo Ângelo (IESA) and became a lawyer, just like her brother Rafael. However, she had already in love with microphones and gave up pursuing a legal career.

In 1997, Renata was featured on the program Tele Sunday, from RBS TV (affiliate of Rede Globo in Rio Grande do Sul), where it presented the main cultural events of the weekend.
In 1999, Renata was elected Miss Santo Ângelo, Miss Rio Grande do Sul and Miss Brazil. With the mission of representing the country, she competed in the Miss Universe pageant in Trinidad and Tobago, in the Caribbean.
He came twelfth place out of 99 participants from all over the world. As a result of this visibility, he traveled to more than 22 countries between 1999 and the beginning of 2002, a time when decided to study journalism.

The first successes

From then on, she signed a contract and started presenting the sports program Open game, which aired for the first time on February 5, 2007, at 11:30 am, and continues to this day on screens. Currently she presents the attraction alongside the former football player Denilson.
Renata Fan also participated with the painting Beauty and the ball, on the Globo Esportivo program, on Radio Globo, maintaining her roots as a radio communicator.
