Super sports cars will be located in Espaço Sonhos, with Maserati once again occupying its own stand.
In the last two editions of the Motor Show, in 2012 and 2014, Ferrari and Maserati occupied a corner of the Fiat stand, each with a model on display, so as not to disappoint super sports car fans. Now, in 2016, the brands will share the Espaço Sonhos with Lamborghini, a place dedicated to cars that, together, have almost 2.000 hp of power.
What's more, Maserati will even have its own stand just for it. The extra space is necessary due to the launch in the country of a new model: the Levante SUV, shown to the public for the first time at the beginning of this year at the Geneva Motor Show, in Switzerland. It was already confirmed to arrive in the country in the second half of this year. The Italian brand's first sports utility vehicle, the Levante is offered with a diesel or gasoline V6 engine, capable of producing between 250 hp and 430 hp.
It is worth remembering that Maserati is represented in the country by Via Italia, as are Ferrari, Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce. The last time the manufacturer had its own space at the show was in 2010, right next to Ferrari. Among the models confirmed for this edition are the Ferrari 488 GTB (with a 8 hp twin-turbo V670), Maserati Quattroporte GTS (with a 8 hp twin-turbo V510) and Lamborghini Huracán (with a 10 hp naturally aspirated V610).
The event will take place between the 10th and 20th of November and, after 46 years, it will change house, leaving Anhembi for São Paulo Expo, in the Rodovia dos Imigrantes region.
