The Tuscany Region, through the program Youth yes, has just released the notice Tuscany ReConnectManaged by CEDIT, the project offers vocational training scholarships to young people of Tuscan origin who live outside of Italy. The goal is to strengthen economic and cultural ties between the region and its communities around the world.

What does the program offer?
Those selected will participate in an internship of up to 90 days (between September and December 2026) in local companies. The program focuses on developing practical skills and immersion in the Tuscan business ecosystem.
The areas covered for internships in 2026 are:
- Architecture and restoration
- Graphic design
- Communication and digital marketing
- Electronic and mechanical technologies
- Marketing and territorial/economic promotion

Who can apply?
The announcement is aimed at young people aged between 22 and 32 years (completed by the registration deadline). Mandatory requirements include:
- Residency abroad: Proven by registration with AIRE or, for descendants without citizenship, by official documentation from the country of residence.
- Education: A high school diploma or higher education degree that is relevant to the chosen internship sector.
- Language: Knowledge of Italian of, at least, level A2 (proven by course certificate or consular authority).
- Professional status: Not having a full-time employment contract with public administrations (Italian or foreign).
- Historic: Not having been a recipient of previous editions of this same scholarship.

Benefits and costs
The funding is regional and covers key aspects of the stay:
- Accommodation included during the internship period.
- Pocket money weekly budget for basic expenses.
- 50% refund of the airfare. (round trip), with a maximum limit of €700.
- Insurance mandatory and health benefits stipulated in the contract.
