Sinner reaches 31 consecutive weeks as world No. 1

Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner reached the milestone of 6 consecutive weeks at the top of the world rankings last Monday (31).

Only seven athletes who reached the top of the table for the first time in their career have managed to record a longer period: Roger Federer (237 weeks), Jimmy Connors (160), Lleyton Hewitt (75), Novak Djokovic (53), Rafael Nadal (46), Andy Murray (41) and Ilie Nastase (40).
