The Italian Institute of Culture of São Paulo and MIS Experience will organize a multimedia and immersive exhibition that will reveal the richness of the European country's mosaics.
The exhibition, which is called “MOSAICO. Italic code of a timeless art”, will remain open to the public from June 22nd until August 18th in the Água Branca neighborhood, in SP.
The event is a great journey through time that will show the history, representations, materials and gestures of some of the most emblematic works in the universe of Italian mosaics, one of the great treasures of national heritage.
The exhibition's route, which is divided into seven stations, will bring together in one place accounts of Rome, Pompeii, Aquileia, Ravenna, Palermo, Monreale, and even the submerged city of Baia.
In addition to all this, the exhibition will arrive in the capital of São Paulo as part of the celebrations of 150 years of Italian immigration in Brazil.
