The new business involved a consortium of 38 businesspeople, in addition to the participation of the Spanish company Air Nostrum, which operates in partnership with Iberia, and which will have a 15% stake.

Based on Ancona, in the Marche region, Italy's new airline was supposed to have been founded as early as October 2020, but the Covid-19 pandemic inevitably postponed the company's plans.
